Store - Return process (14 days)

If you are not satisfied with the products you purchased in our Bragi Webstore for any reason, you have 14 days from the time you received your goods to initiate a return and request a refund.

Keep in mind! To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

 

Initiate the return process

  • Contact us:

Go to the Bragi support Center to arrange the details for your return. Click here and follow further instructions.

    • Enter your email address.
    • Enter the subject: Return The Dash.
    • Select Category: Store.
    • Type of Request: Return an Item.
    • Enter your Order Number.
    • Describe why you want to return The Dash.
    • If available attach a photo to visualize the problem.
  • Get your return documents: 

After you contacted us we will provide you with the necessary return documents and a return shipping label.

  • Pack the box: 

To be eligible for a return, your items and accessories must be in the same condition that you received it, including The Dash, charging cable, Charger, Slide, FitSleeves and Instructions. It must also be in the original packaging. We will not refund or exchange any product that  is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Furthermore, print both the return shipping label and the return document. Put the return documents inside the box with the other goods. Then stick the return shipping label on the top of the parcel.

  • Ship it back:

Please ship it to the provided address by the carrier of your choice and at your expense. Don't forget to keep the shipping receipt you get.

Depending on which country you are sending back your Dash you have different options.

Send a return out of Europe

You can use whichever parcel service you like. However, the cost of returning the package will only be borne by Bragi if you use UPS and the free UPS shipping label provided by us.

You can use whichever parcel service you like. However the cost of returning the package will not be borne by Bragi.

 

How long will the refund process take?

Once we have received the package at our warehouse and we have examined it, we will process your refund immediately (via the same payment method you used in the first place). The time it takes for the money to reach your bank account may vary depending on the payment method and bank.
